Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Charger won't turn on Power issue, blown fuse, faulty outlet Check power supply, test outlet, check fuse
Not charging battery Poor connections, dead battery, wrong settings Check all connections, test battery, verify settings
Overheating during use Poor ventilation, high ambient temperature Move to cooler location, ensure proper airflow
Error lights flashing Reverse polarity, battery fault, internal error Check connections, test battery, reset charger
Slow charging Low input voltage, battery sulfation, small gauge wires Check voltage supply, use recondition mode, check cables
Engine start not working Battery too dead, poor connections, safety timeout Charge battery first, clean terminals, wait for reset

Error Codes & Indicators

  • Red Flashing: Reverse polarity detected - Check connections
  • Yellow Solid: Charging in progress - Normal operation
  • Green Flashing: Maintenance charging - Battery fully charged
  • Red/Yellow Alternating: Battery fault - Test battery condition
  • All Lights Flashing: Internal error - Contact service center
  • No Lights: Power issue - Check power supply and fuse
