Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place charger on stable, dry, non-flammable surface.

Select location: Ensure area is well-ventilated, away from batteries and flammable materials.

First-Time Use

Connecting to Battery

Tip: For maintenance charging on stored vehicles, disconnect battery negative terminal first for safety.

Charging Process

Fully automatic 3-stage charging.

Bulk Stage: Delivers maximum current until battery reaches ~80% charge.
Absorption Stage: Voltage constant, current tapers as battery nears full charge.
Float Stage: Maintains battery at full charge with low voltage; prevents overcharging.
Monitoring: Display shows current stage, voltage, and charging amps.
Completion: Charger automatically switches to float/maintenance mode; FULL icon appears.
Disconnect: Unplug AC power FIRST, then remove clamps (black first, then red).

WARNING! Do not disconnect clamps while charger is powered on. Always unplug AC first.

Maintenance Mode

Troubleshooting
