Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place charger on stable, dry surface.

Prepare battery: Ensure battery terminals are clean and free of corrosion.

Plug into AC outlet: Use standard 120V AC, 60Hz outlet.

Charging Procedure

For optimal results, follow these steps:

Ensure battery is in well-ventilated area and charger is unplugged.
Clean battery terminals if corroded.
Connect red clamp to positive (+) terminal first.
Connect black clamp to negative (-) terminal or clean metal on chassis.
Plug charger into AC outlet - POWER LED will light.
CHARGING LED will flash during charging process.
When MAINTENANCE LED lights, battery is fully charged.
To disconnect: Unplug AC cord first, then remove black clamp, then red clamp.

Tip: For deeply discharged batteries, charging may take 24 hours or more.

Maintenance Mode

After full charge, charger switches to float/maintenance mode to keep battery at optimal voltage.

MAINTENANCE LED indicates active float charging.
Can be left connected indefinitely for battery maintenance.
Automatically adjusts charge to prevent overcharging.

Troubleshooting
