Multi-Stage Charging

Advanced charging algorithm with bulk, absorption, and float stages ensures complete battery charging while preventing overcharging and extending battery life.

Battery Desulfation

Pulse repair technology helps break down sulfate crystals on battery plates, potentially restoring capacity to old or sulfated batteries.

Wheel Lock Mechanism

Secure wheel locking system maintains precise charging settings and prevents accidental adjustment during operation.

Reverse Polarity Protection

Built-in safety feature prevents damage if battery clamps are connected incorrectly, with audible and visual alarms to alert the user.

Spark-Free Connection

Special circuitry eliminates sparks when connecting to batteries, making it safe for use in environments with flammable gases.

Charging Modes Explained

Standard Charge

For regular maintenance charging of healthy batteries at 10-15 amps

Fast Charge

30-50 amp charging for quick recovery of discharged batteries

Trickle Charge

Low 2-amp maintenance mode for long-term battery storage

Engine Start

High-current mode providing up to 100 amps for engine starting assistance

AGM/Gel Mode

Specialized charging profile for sealed and valve-regulated batteries

Desulfation Mode

Pulse repair function for restoring sulfated batteries

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Charger won't turn on Power issue, blown fuse, faulty outlet Check power supply, replace fuse if needed, test outlet
No charging output Loose connections, faulty clamps, wheel not engaged Check all connections, ensure wheel is properly engaged
Overheating Insufficient ventilation, high ambient temperature Move to cooler area, ensure proper airflow around unit
Wheel slipping Worn drive mechanism, improper tension Adjust tension spring, inspect drive components
Inaccurate readings Faulty meter, calibration needed Recalibrate according to manual, check battery voltage separately
Spark when connecting Charger turned on during connection, battery load Always connect clamps with charger off, then turn on

Error Codes & Indicators

  • Red Light Flashing: Reverse polarity detected - Check connections
  • Yellow Light Solid: Charging in progress - Normal operation
  • Green Light Flashing: Maintenance/float charging - Battery nearly full
  • Red/Yellow Alternating: Overheating - Allow to cool before continuing
  • All Lights Flashing: Internal fault - Disconnect and contact service
  • No Lights: No power or internal failure - Check power source
