Safety Information

  1. Jump Starting: Connect clamps correctly (RED to positive+, BLACK to negative- or unpainted metal). Ensure vehicle is off during connection.
  2. Charging: Use only provided or approved chargers. Do not charge near flammable materials.
  3. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme temperatures.
  4. Inspection: Regularly check for damage to cables, clamps, and casing.

WARNING! Risk of explosion or fire if misused. Do not attempt to jump start frozen batteries. Never touch clamps together.

First-Time Setup & Charging

Fully charge the unit before first use.

  1. Initial Charge: Connect the included AC wall charger to the unit's DC input port. LED display will show charging progress. Charge until display indicates 100%.
  2. Alternative Charging: Can be charged from a vehicle's 12V outlet using the included car charger cable.
  3. Battery Maintenance: For long-term storage, recharge every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
  4. Power On: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to activate the unit and view battery level on display.

CAUTION! Only use provided charging accessories. Charging time is approximately 4-6 hours from empty.

Controls and Indicators

Jump Starting a Vehicle

Follow these steps carefully for safe jump starting.

  1. Preparation: Ensure XP2260 is charged (at least 20%). Turn off vehicle ignition and all electronics.
  2. Connection: Connect RED clamp to vehicle battery's POSITIVE (+) terminal. Connect BLACK clamp to vehicle's NEGATIVE (-) terminal or unpainted metal engine block.
  3. Activation: Press the "JUMP START" button on the XP2260. The display will show connection status.
  4. Starting: Start the vehicle. It should start within 3-5 seconds. If not, wait 30 seconds and try again.
  5. Disconnection: Turn off the XP2260. Remove BLACK clamp first, then RED clamp.
  6. Recharge: Recharge the XP2260 as soon as possible after use.

WARNING! Do not crank vehicle for more than 5 seconds continuously. Allow unit to cool for 2-3 minutes between attempts.

Using as a Power Source

The XP2260 can power various devices via USB, DC, and AC outlets.

  1. USB Devices: Connect phones, tablets, or other USB devices to USB-A or USB-C ports. Fast charging is automatic for compatible devices.
  2. DC Devices: Plug 12V devices (air compressors, car vacuums, etc.) into the DC outlet. Do not exceed 120W total.
  3. AC Devices: Plug devices into the AC outlet. Ensure device wattage is under 300W continuous (600W surge). Suitable for laptops, small TVs, lights, etc.
  4. LED Work Light: Use for emergency lighting, roadside repairs, or camping.

Tip: The AC inverter is pure sine wave, safe for sensitive electronics. Monitor battery level on display during use.

Maintenance & Storage

Proper care extends product life.

Cleaning: Wipe exterior with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquids or solvents.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ideal storage temperature: 50°F to 77°F (10°C to 25°C).

Battery Care: For long-term storage (over 1 month), charge to 50-80% and recharge every 3-6 months.

Inspection: Regularly inspect cables and clamps for wear, cracks, or corrosion.
