Safety Instructions

Read all instructions before use to prevent injury or damage.

  1. Use in well-ventilated area to avoid explosive gases.

Installation & Setup

Prepare charger and battery for initial use.

Charging Procedure

Follow steps for safe and effective charging.

  1. Ensure charger is unplugged from AC outlet.
  2. Connect red clamp (+) to positive battery terminal.
  3. Connect black clamp (-) to negative terminal or grounded metal.
  4. Plug AC cord into outlet – POWER LED should illuminate.
  5. Charger automatically detects voltage and begins charging (CHARGING LED).
  6. When battery reaches full charge, MAINTENANCE LED lights (float mode).
  7. To disconnect: Unplug AC cord, then remove black clamp, then red clamp.

Tip: For deeply discharged batteries, charger may take several hours to reach full charge.

Maintenance Mode

Float mode maintains battery indefinitely without overcharging.

  1. After full charge, charger switches automatically to maintenance mode.
  2. MAINTENANCE LED remains lit while providing trickle charge.
  3. Charger monitors battery voltage and tops up as needed.
  4. Ideal for seasonal vehicles, lawn equipment, or stored batteries.

Note: For long-term storage, check battery and charger monthly for proper operation.

Care & Storage

Unplug and clean after each use. Store in dry, cool location.

  1. Wipe casing with dry cloth; do not use liquids.
  2. Inspect clamps and cords for damage before storing.
  3. Coil cords neatly to prevent kinks.
  4. Store in original box or protective case if available.
