Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a dry, well-ventilated area away from flammable materials and moisture.
- Safety Check: Ensure the battery charger is unplugged before making any connections.
- Battery Preparation: Clean battery terminals and check electrolyte levels (for non-sealed batteries).
- Connection Sequence: Connect RED clamp to POSITIVE (+) terminal first, then BLACK clamp to NEGATIVE (-) terminal.
- Power Connection: Plug charger into a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet. Do not use extension cords.
- Settings Selection: Choose appropriate voltage (6V/12V) and charge rate based on battery type and condition.
- Initial Test: Monitor initial charging phase for proper operation and absence of overheating.

Troubleshooting
