Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Charger won't turn on | No power, blown fuse, faulty outlet | Check power supply, test outlet, check fuse |
| Charger shows error light | Reverse polarity, bad connection, faulty battery | Check connections, verify polarity, test battery |
| Battery not charging | Dead battery, sulfation, poor connections | Clean terminals, try recondition mode, check battery |
| Charger overheating | Ventilation blocked, high ambient temperature | Improve ventilation, move to cooler location |
| Engine start not working | Battery completely dead, excessive drain | Charge battery first, check for vehicle electrical issues |
| Display shows incorrect reading | Loose connections, battery issues | Secure all connections, test battery separately |
