Safety Instructions

Installation & Setup

Charging Procedure

Follow these steps for safe and effective charging.

Charger will detect voltage and begin charging. Charging LED will flash.
Monitor LEDs: When Complete LED lights solid, battery is fully charged.
Disconnect: Unplug AC power, then remove BLACK clamp, then RED clamp.

Tip: For deeply discharged batteries, charger may take several hours. Fault LED may illuminate if battery cannot be recovered.

Maintenance & Storage

Wipe charger with dry cloth. Do not use liquids or solvents.

Troubleshooting

Symptom	Possible Cause	Corrective Action
No LED lights	No AC power	Check outlet; ensure power cord is plugged in securely.
Fault LED on	Reverse polarity / bad battery	Disconnect and reconnect clamps correctly. If fault remains, battery may be damaged.
Charging LED flashing but battery not charging	Poor connection / sulfated battery	Clean battery terminals; ensure clamps have good contact. Try charging another battery.
