Read all instructions before use. Working with batteries can be hazardous.
WARNING! Risk of explosion, electric shock, or fire. Do not charge frozen or damaged batteries. Keep sparks and flames away.
Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure charger is off and unplugged.
CAUTION! Never connect clamps in reverse order. Ensure connections are secure and metal-to-metal.
Front Panel: POWER switch, MODE button (2A/10A/50A), Display, STATUS LEDs.
Display Indicators: Battery Voltage, Charging (%), Fault Codes (E1-E5).
LED Status: POWER (Green), CHARGING (Flashing Green), COMPLETE (Solid Green), FAULT (Red).
Controls: MODE - cycles through charge rates. Press and hold for 3 seconds to enter Battery Recondition mode (if equipped). POWER - turns charger on/off.
For standard charging of a discharged battery.
Tip: For deeply discharged batteries, use 2A mode initially, then switch to 10A.
Use 50A mode to provide a boost to start a vehicle with a weak battery.
WARNING! Do not use 50A mode for continuous charging. For starting assistance only. Do not leave connected for more than 10 minutes.
2A Trickle Charge mode maintains a fully charged battery during storage.
Connect as normal and select 2A mode. Charger will maintain optimal voltage indefinitely. Ideal for seasonal vehicles, boats, motorcycles. Display shows "MAINT" when in float mode.
Unplug and disconnect before cleaning. Wipe with dry cloth. Store in cool, dry place.
CAUTION! Do not expose to rain or moisture. Keep vents clear of obstructions. Inspect cables regularly for damage.

| Symptom | Possible Cause | Corrective Action |
|---|---|---|
| Display shows "0.0" or blank | No power or poor connection | Check AC outlet; ensure clamps are securely connected to clean metal. |
| Fault LED (Red) / Error Code E1 | Reverse polarity | Disconnect immediately. Verify RED to positive, BLACK to negative/ground. |
| Error Code E2 | Overheat | Allow charger to cool in well-ventilated area. Reduce charge rate. |
| Error Code E3 | Battery voltage too low | Battery may be deeply discharged. Try 2A mode for several hours first. |
| Error Code E4 | Battery voltage too high | Battery may be faulty or already fully charged. Test battery condition. |
| Charger not charging | Bad battery, wrong mode | Test battery with voltmeter. Ensure correct voltage (6V/12V) detected. |
| 50A Engine Start not working | Battery severely depleted | Charge battery in 10A mode for 30 minutes first, then try 50A. |
Reset: Unplug AC power, disconnect clamps, wait 60 seconds, then reconnect.
